The Esri Map Book, published annually since 1984, provides a great platform for GIS users to showcase their innovative projects. The latest editions are published online and can be accessed here

This year, Esri plans to publish a Map Book entirely dedicated to Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your work to a larger audience and we strongly encourage you to make a submission.

The deadline for submission is 29th February 2012, which is fast approaching. Submissions will also be considered for display at the 7th Esri Eastern Africa User Conference, which will be held from 3-5 October at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, Kenya, so feel welcome to submit your work if you have missed the deadline.
