The members of this group consists of water service provider representatives (government, NGOs or entrepreneurs), development workers, researchers and consumers who will engage in dialogue concerning the findings of the (soon to be) completed collection and analysis of information on the operational status of ALL water point sources and piped schemes in selected 'up-scaling Counties' around the Country: Pokot, Busia, Kisumu, Turkana, Garissa, Embu, Kajiado, Kwale and Kiambu Counties.
